Choice of pots for induction
Use of pots with a flat bottom and a diameter which is the same or a bit bigger than the heated area are recommendable.
Do not use pots that have a rough bottom. This is to prevent the thermal surface of the cooking plate to get scratched.
- Avoid over boiling by reducing the heat when you boil or heat up liquids.
- Do not leave any cooking sections turned on if there are no pans or pots on it.
- When you are done cooking, turn off the concerned cooking section.
