Grilling
The grilled food is improved
Wash the meat fast in cold, running water and wipe it off. The meat pieces should not be salted before grilling since it will pull out the meat juices.
Lean meat should be brushed with oil. Do not use other kinds of fat, since these will get dark and make a lot of smoke.
Grilling
- Put the grill on the roasting pan.
- Put the food on it.
- Preheat top heat in 15 min with closed door.
- Push the foot in to a preferable level.
- Close the door.
- Turn the food as much as possible when half of the grilling time has passed.
