If you do not have the opportunity to blow the air out of the kitchen, then you can use a recirculation fan. Note! The filters do not remove steam. This is removed by extra ventilation or e.g. via the house's central ventilation system. While using recirculation, windows and doors, and any air system with access to fresh air should be closed.
