The gas regulator adjusts the pressure from the gas cylinder to suit the Alfa pizza oven and has a capacity of 4 kg/h. The dedicated 1/2″ quick-connect fitting makes it quick and easy to connect and disconnect the oven from the gas cylinder – a practical feature when the oven needs to be moved. The regulator is fitted with a filter that reduces the risk of impurities in the gas reaching the oven. The package also includes a certified rubber hose and a female-threaded connector for the gas cylinder.
